My Sonya baby is all grown up! Today is her first day at preschool. I think she totally enjoyed herself. Most parents are worried about their children crying when they leave. In Sonya's case, she was fine when I left her there but cried when it was time to go home! Is it so bad at home with me? hehehe...
Sonya woke up at 7:15am to get ready for school. We left home at 8:05am. It is a 15 minute car ride to the school.
We reached at 8:20am and there were only 2 other parents and their kids there.
8:30am and everyone goes into the classroom.
First thing the children have to do is to wash their hands.
Then it free play where the children choose what they want to do from the different activities set out.
This is the volunteer grandmother, Jenny. The lead teacher is Valerie and the other teacher is Carla.
