Can We Go Home Now?

Got so many things to carry this morning that I actually forgot to bring Sonya's backpack when I brought her to preschool. Luckily she is doing pretty well with toilet training and did not have any accident today. Actually, she only had 1 minor accident ever since she started preschool. She is going to the potty on her own as well at home and when we go out nowadays, she uses the adult toilet. In fact, the only reason why she is wearing training pants to go to sleep at night is because we still have quite a number left and just want to finish them up :)

Surprise surprise! Sonya actually asked me "Can we go home now?" when I picked her up at preschool today. It must be my lucky day. hahaha...

Carla told me that Sonya hit her classmate, David, today. She told me to remind Sonya to "use your words" instead. She said that Sonya is generally good and plays with the other children. She only acts up when another child tries to take what she is playing. Sigh. I know what she meant. Sonya is like that in the Westgate playground too. But Carla and Valerie were surprised that Sonya actually came to tell me that she hit David. I asked Sonya not to hit others and also to apologise to David and she readily went. Carla said that it is not a big problem, just have to keep reminding Sonya to use her words instead.

Is this Sonya or is this Clara? Take a guess!

Got a newsletter from the preschool yesterday and they asked for a photo of Sonya when she was a baby and also some family photos.
