I didn't realize that today was Mid-Autumn Festival until I video-conferenced with my parents yesterday morning. As a result, it was a quiet one this year compared to last year (last year's celebration). I just bought a box of mooncakes from Super88 and let Sonya and Clara played with lanterns.
Clara had her first taste of mooncakes and she liked it :)
We got them into chinese costumes and they played with the Hello Kitty lanterns attached to long chopsticks that I use for cooking :)
Clara really loves to drum and used the chopsticks as her drumsticks :)
Sonya still loves the ride-on toy that we bought for her three years ago but I think she is too big for it now. I am seriously wondering if it can take her weight :(
