Saw a listing that Disney-On-Ice was going to have a special performance at Frog Pond this afternoon and decided to bring Sonya and Clara to see. I had thought to get there earlier so that we could get a good spot.
The show was scheduled to start at 2pm. When we got there at 1pm, there were only a few people around. The staff was putting up balloons around the skating rink. We found a bench and watched people skating.
Clara, as usual, could not stay still so she moved around, got her bum dirty, fell down, and eventually even went on the naughty chair for a while because she was just not using her listening ears.
As it got closer to the start of the performance, more people came. We met some of our friends in Westgate and we all waited patiently for the show to start.
Finally, the disney-on-ice performers. It was Princess and the Frog.
After that, Mickey and Minnie came and went around saying hello and taking photos with everyone around the rink.
It was rather disappointing to find out that greeting everyone was all Mickey and Minnie did and the show ended after that.
