As with the past 2 or 3 years, we got to do egg decorating at Heather's house at the weekly playgroup. You start with hard-boiled white eggs (I wonder if we can find white eggs when we go back to Singapore) which you can dye with colored solutions by dipping or putting stickers or drawing. There are plenty of other ways but these are the easiest for young kids.

Here's Sonya with her decorated eggs. Can you tell she like stickers from her sticker egg?

I forgot to take photos yesterday when we came back from the playgroup as I was busy preparing dinner. These photos were taken this morning. Sonya got a "magic wand" from Eva and she insisted that I had to take a photo of it.

Clara tried egg decorating for the first time this year. I got her to pour tiny spoonfuls of different colored solutions onto her eggs instead of dunking them in to avoid too much splashing.

She threw the eggs around when we were taking the photos so they are all cracked and we will probably have them for lunch later.

Sadly, Elizabeth developed an ear infection and it really hurt during playgroup. We ended a little early so that she could go to the doctor's. Hope she get well soon!
