Another warm friday and time to have a picnic and play outside again! We had wanted to go to the Boston Common but after circling for 2 rounds and still no parking, we went to the newly opened park by the Charles River opposite the Museum of Science.
There was a huge playground for kids of all ages.
Besides the playground, there were walking / jogging / cycling tracks too. It was a really nice place plus you get a great view of the Zakim Bridge. I was thinking that we need to go watch the sunset at the spot one of these days and also take a photo of the Zakim Bridge at night before the city decides not to light it anymore.
We saw a goose by the river and it actually kept following us!
There were plenty of beautiful flowers all around.
This has to be my next favorite park after Skyline Park in Arlington.
