What a crazy Halloween weekend with 6 parties over a 3 day period! It sure is a good way to let Sonya and Clara enjoy their last authentic Halloween :)
Party No. 1 was at the Cambridge Kids Cooperative where Clara attended for 1 semester last year.
Princess Clara was a little shy initially and even asked if we could go home almost immediately after we got there but once the sing-along started, she started enjoying herself and even joined in the last few songs :)
We stayed a while more playing with playdol before heading home for lunch.
It was time to head back to Morse School soon after Sonya came back on the school bus because it was time for Party No. 2!
Ballerina Clara and Princess Sonya enjoyed the clown show in the gym.
Even Ms Pat, the principal, wore a witch's hat and halloween colors :)
There were crafts to make and face painting in the cafeteria.
The finale was the costume contest.
Here are the winners for the best costumes. Sonya was a little sad that she didn't get a trophy. I took this opportunity to highlight to her that there are plenty of other costumes besides the princess dress :)
