Sonya is 6 years old and she asked for a Princess Birthday Party. It is definitely the last birthday party that she will have with her friends here and I am assuming that the princess craze will die out soon so I agreed to let her have one.

We got pink tiara visor for all the princesses and personalized them with their names.

We made a treasure box with enough necklaces, earrings and huge diamond rings for everyone. There was also a magic wand craft and a secret code puzzle.

We got some simple snacks and drinks to keep the sugar level up.

I got these plastic wine glasses from the Dollar Tree shop. Clara loved the juice and the jello. We still need to work on her eating etiquette.

We played "Kiss the Frog Prince" which was like "Pin the Tail on the Donkey."

Then it was Princess Academy time where the princesses curtsy...

Twirl...

And balanced a bow on the head.

Princess Sonya then gave out graduation certificates to everyone.

Finally, it was cake time. I made a castle cake for Sonya this year.

Clara going for more jello again and again.

Last but not least, pinata time and yes, I made that too.

This was how the birthday princess protected her candy.

Sonya opened her presents while we cleaned up.

She got the pair of inline skates that she wanted from us.

Princess on wheels...

Happy birthday, Sonya!
