Bought a bicycle from Craigslist for Clara and she is loving it! It was only $5 and in good condition but I had to drive a long way to get it. Sonya and Clara have been cycling to send Sonya to and fro school. They cycle on the sidewalk while I walk beside them so it is pretty safe. The immediate hazard for Clara right now are lamp posts and walls. She is so distracted by everything and often cycle right into the obstacles. Also, I want to get Clara cycling without training wheels as fast as possible because the bicycle becomes very unstable on uneven ground and whenever she makes a sharp turn.
We are getting our 30 minutes of exercise every weekday :)
