Bon Bon

Saw this at Market Basket last week and it was the perfect activity for an afternoon stuck at home thanks to the thunderstorms going on outside.

The first step was to melt 3 tbsp of butter and then mix in the peanut butter and what I suspect was powdered sugar (maybe with some other stuff added).

Mix everything well and then divide the dough into 20 portions.

After 20 minutes of being in the fridge, the balls were ready to be dipped into the melted chocolate.

I had a little white chocolate left and let Sonya and Clara expressed their creativity for a little bit.

And yes, I had leftover chocolate and dipped some strawberries too. The bon bons taste good but a little too sweet for Justin and myself :)
