We went to the Blue Hills Reservation on Saturday to catch the last glimpse of the fall foliage before it all goes away. We managed to climb up to the summit with Sonya and Clara :) Sonya didn't need carrying. She just held my hand and went up and down all by herself.

Our family portrait :)

Then we saw a hawk flying above us.

It was a bright and sunny day with relatively clear sky. You see the Boston skyline in the picture above. You see the Prudential Tower and the John Hancock building on the left and the financial district on the right. A thought crossed my mind. Don't you think the financial district looked rather dark and gloomy compared to the prudential side? hehehe...

We can actually see MIT from up there too. We saw the Green Building and the Dome. Sonya was very puzzled why the Green Building was not green in color :)

The photo above is my best photo of the autumn I think :)

We went to Rock Bottom, my favorite restaurant / brewery for lunch.

I had the beer sampler and it came with 8 different kinds of beer :)

I signed Sonya up for a dance class at Eastgate. I was lucky that I brought my camera with me because the view of Boston across the Charles River in the sunset was absolutely beautiful.

The other parents at the dance class might be wondering what a bad mummy I am :)
