Clara is about 10kg now. She is walking pretty well. In fact, she has mastered climbing up and down the sofa and other similar surfaces. She has also started to ride on Sonya's "car" (shown below) but could only move backwards so far.

One of her favorite toy is Sonya's computer. She doesn't know how to play with the games of course but she knows where is the On/Off button and the button to turn the volume softer and louder. She practiced with the buttons on the TV remote control and has now graduated to the buttons on the DVD player :(

You see the drawers of toys behind her in the photo below. I tried to take a different drawer out for her to play each day. It worked for about a week and now, she is helping herself with the drawers and emptying the contents out. Sometimes she would pull so hard that I am afraid that the things above would come crashing down on her :(

She has her favorite spots to relax in the living room and especially likes pillows.

Maybe she got the idea from Sonya :)

Clara is also enjoying herself in the playground. The two girls have actually started to play together now. Sonya enjoys pushing Clara on the swing :)

Clara, not really understanding that she can hurt herself if she falls from high places, is eager to climb the many structures in the playground. That means mummy has to follow her every move and catch her before she falls :(

The slide is another thing that she has started to play and kept trying to climb up the same way she slid down.

Clara talks non-stop as if she thinks that we understand every word she says when actually, we don't. But, she is steadily building her vocabulary. She has stopped calling everyone and everything "Daddy". She calls me "mummy", Justin "daddy" and Sonya "nya nya" :) Living things are either "bird bird" or "bear bear" but dogs are "puppy". Bathing is "pom pom" and food is "mum mum". She calls Elmo "Nemo" and both Dora and Diego are "Diego". She loves to "tickle tickle". Whenever we sing, "Old MacDonald had a farm..." she would continue, "eeya eeya eeya" and if we sing the song "If All the Raindrops" she would stick out her tongue and says, "eh eh eh...". She also knows some of the actions to "Skidamarink", "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star", "If You are Happy" and "Wheels on the Bus". There are plenty of other hilarious stuff that she does but this is all I can remember for now :)
