I had thought that I failed in my first attempt to grow vegetables and flowers but yesterday morning, I was overjoyed to find a huge yellow/orange flower on my zucchuni plant! Then I saw that the tomato plants had little green tomatoes! And the eggplant has flower buds and so did my marigolds! I had given up all hope on the plants because they were just not bearing anything the whole summer long and also because of the PCB project that was about to start soon (we were supposed to remove everything on the balcony so that the workers can work). Now I am just feeling happy and sad at the same time. Hopefully, the tomatoes, zucchini and eggplants will be ripe before the PCB work starts so that I can taste the fruits of my labor (whole 5 months)!
