This morning, we went to fix the flat front tire on our double stroller. It only took 10 minutes and it was just 10.30am so I asked Sonya where we should go. She suggested "Arthur" which means the Boston Children's Museum. Our annual pass expires tomorrow so I thought we should go one last time before it expires. We were lucky to find a metered parking by the street. We had an early lunch at the Au Bon Pain in the museum. They both ate and for once, lunch actually went very well. After lunch, off we went to play :)

These were actually sensor activated musical chairs. You sit on them and they play sounds/music. Climbing and sitting on chairs is Clara's new found hobby so she was happy :)

It was the infamous Arthur area and Clara really loved it there. She started dancing and dancing. It was pretty hilarious. I thought I had a video of her dancing but I can't find it. Probably didn't press the record button properly :(

Then we had one Blue Sonya...

And one Blue Clara...

They provided aprons at the construction area and I put one on for Clara :)

Sonya - "Future Star of the Boston Red Sox"

It's kitchen time...

What sentences can Clara form? hmmm...

I think out of the whole museum, Clara's favorite must be the water area... She even cried when I said it was time to go and carried her off :)

Then we went to small children play area.

We got approached by a MIT student at the MIT Early Childhood Cognition Lab asking if Clara could participate in their experiment in causal learning. They said it would only take 5 minutes and all she had to do was to watch a computer monitor and most importantly, it is not harmful at all so I agreed. I don't think Clara was much help because instead of watching what was happening on the screen, she fiddled with the lamp next to the monitor. She also messed around with the control buttons on the monitor and the menu appeared, hiding whatever they were trying to show on the screen :)

We did played a lot more things in the museum but my camera ran out of batteries so no more photos :) Hey, I didn't plan on coming to the museum in the first place and the camera just happened to be in my bag :)
