I got my first car, a Hyundai Elantra, when I was about 22 years old. I only managed to have that car because my daddy traded-in his car :) When the COE for that car ran out, Justin and I bought a Mazda 323, retaining the Elantra's number plate, and we had that for about 3 years. That's Sonya and I in the photo below. Sonya was about 9 months old then :)

The Mazda was sold when we moved to Boston. We bought a Toyota Corolla that we drove for about 4 years with no power anything. Windows and doors needed to be individually opened and locked. It made so much noise but it drove fine and even went up to the summit of Mount Washington! We sold it before we left and I believe that it has been taken apart by now.

Here is Clara with our new car, a 7-seater Honda Stream, to accommodate our growing family :) Fingers crossed that it will serve us well for many years to come!
