Sonya had been bugging me to sign her up for swimming classes again since she tried one class last summer. See previous post here. I finally did and the good thing is that this year both Sonya and Clara can have their own classes at the same time slot.
I signed Sonya up for Level 1 while Clara joined the Beginning Beavers. The lessons run from Mondays to Thursdays at 3.30pm for 2 weeks. It is 30 minutes for the Beginning Beavers and 45 minutes for Level 1.

Actually, I had no idea how Clara would react to the class or teacher. She has recently started her separation anxiety thing yet again. Sigh. But, she loves the swim class! She is the only girl in the class of 4 but she didn't mind. I sat on the bench right in front of the class and she was happy :)

She blew bubbles in the water, did her kicks and followed whatever the instructor asked her to do.

Clara even prefers this to gymnastics!

While Clara was having a great time splashing around, Sonya was also having a great time at the other end of the pool doing her frog kicks. They are both loving it so much, I am signing them up for more lessons while we are still at MIT.
