Winter is almost over and spring will be here soon! The past weekend must have been the warmest we have had since December last year. I rented the Canon 24-105mm f/4L lens just at the right time. We had a great weekend and I have some great photos from it!

We started the weekend with ice skating last friday afternoon with Inka, Lea and Jan.

And while Sonya and Lea did their ice skating, Clara and Jan played puzzles.

Sonya got a little lesson from Inka on how to twirl round and round.

Here's a video of Sonya skating and twirling :)
Inspired (or should I say disappointed by) by the photography session at the Gymnastic Academy of Boston a few weeks ago, I wanted to take some photos of Sonya and Clara in their gymnastic costumes.

In addition, I also made tutus for Sonya and Clara and bought a black seamless paper to experiment.

With the great weather outside, we had to find a nice playground, ditch our winter coats and have even more fun!

Clara pretended to sleep :)

They have so much fun when they are together!

We started our Sunday with some cycling.

Sonya can now cycle without training wheels!

Clara has finally figured out to alternate her feet on the pedals instead of stepping on both pedals at the same time to get the tricycle to move!

More bubbles!

After ballet, we went back to the skating rink and Justin came along too!

Clara finally got interested and indicated that she wanted to try ice skating. Unfortunately, the rink didn't have skates her size that day. We will try again another time. We are thinking about getting Sonya and Clara their own skates.
