Birthday Popsicle Celebration at Haggerty

My Princess Sonya turns 4 years old today and she got to have a little birthday celebration in her preshool after snack time today. As one of the children in her preschool has a mild peanut allergy, the teachers suggested having popsicles instead of cupcakes.

In case you are wondering why so many of the children are in yellow, it is because colors is the theme this week and yellow is today's color. Sonya is not in yellow because she told me today's color was purple :)

Sonya was happy that Eva, one of her best friends, is back in preschool again after being away on vacation for many weeks.

Natalia is another of Sonya's best friends from preschool.


Today, Clara got to be one of big kids and she sure was happy.

Clara loves going to Haggerty Preschool too. It is now her turn to cry whenever we need to leave.

This is Nathan who always makes me laugh with all his funny actions.

The photo above is Jenny's table and clockwise from her are Nathan, Riley, Dashiell, Davis, Sophia, and Madison. The lead teacher, Erin, was absent today. Her replacement today was Julia and her table was the red table. Clockwise from Julia are Francesca, Will, Nassy, Johnny and Grace.

Carla, Sonya's teacher, pretended to run away with the Dora & Diego Popsicles and see the uproar from the children :)

Sonya was the happiest girl in preschool today :)

The Dora & Diego Popsicles came in different colors and shapes. Of course, the children had their preferences as expected but no one got to choose. "You get what you get and you don't get upset," said the teachers. Carla did slyly asked Sonya what she wanted and gave it to her :)

Everyone got their coats, mittens and hats on as it was freezing cold outside even though the sun was out.
