Valentine's Day

Singaporean not as romantic as our neighbor from Spain. Got some Spanish singers to sing outside their house! Wow!

Sonya got lots of candy and cards from her classmates. No flower for me from Justin again :( And still had to make dinner for him :(

hehehe...

I made this beef rollups with roasted red peppers, scallions and cheese served with rice, lettuce, sweetcorn and olives.


Made this for Sonya using rice, ham, olives and ketchup. She had the beef plain without the vegetables.


Then Sonya and I made chocolate and pecan coated strawberries for dessert. Sonya mainly did the licking of the chocolate :)




That's Valentine's Day for us!
